At 19 years old I was a normal young girl with my dreams and life in front of me, until in an instant everything turned upside down and changed forever.

In 2013 I was involved in a life-changing coach crash. With only a 1 in 1000 chance of survival, I managed to not only survive the ordeal, but came out on the other side thriving and more positive than ever.

Let me tell you about my experiences, my journey and how I went from burning alive to the confident, resilient young woman I am today.

Now, my aim is to help people by telling my story, whether that be to inspire, improve motivation, deal with trauma or self image and everything else in between.
